What is TriviaX Club?

TriviaX Club has six games: Signal, Archive, Prism, Epoch, Arena and Syndicate.

What are Tickets?

Tickets are virtual game currency. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

Some game actions, including hints, use Tickets.

Can I win real money or prizes?

No. TriviaX does not offer real-money gambling, betting or cash prizes.

How do I cancel my membership or subscription?

For cancellation questions, contact support or the provider that handled your purchase.

Account Settings shows your account details and a link to your public profile.

Can I get a refund for Tickets or Mystery Boxes?

The Terms of Service describe the refund policy. Contact support with your purchase details.

Are purchases available?

The pricing page shows current offers from the service. It also states when purchases are unavailable.

Is there a way to limit my spending or playtime?

Spending limits, session reminders and self-exclusion controls are not available in Account Settings.

My game crashed, and I lost a Ticket. What do I do?

Contact support with the game name and approximate time of the issue.

Keep any error message or receipt that helps explain what happened.
