1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to TriviaX Club. By accessing our platform, playing our games (including Signal, Stage, Arena, Archive, Prism, and Epoch), or purchasing Tickets or memberships, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Tickets and Virtual Currency

TriviaX Club uses "Tickets" as a virtual, non-redeemable in-game currency. Tickets are strictly for unlocking cosmetic items, accessing specific content, or using convenience features (e.g., hints, streak protections).

• No Real-World Value: Tickets have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, real-world goods, or services.
• Non-Transferable: Tickets cannot be transferred between accounts, traded, or sold outside the app.
• No Gambling: We do not offer real-money gambling, betting, or cash prizes. Randomized rewards (like mystery drops) are strictly cosmetic or gameplay-enhancing and have no monetary value outside the platform.

3. Subscriptions and Memberships

We offer auto-renewing memberships and subscription plans. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us (or our third-party payment processors like Apple, Google, or Stripe) to charge the applicable recurring fees. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the respective app store. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Refunds

All purchases of Tickets, mystery boxes, and cosmetic items are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If a membership or virtual currency purchase is refunded by an app store, any associated items or Tickets credited to your account may be revoked, which could result in a negative Ticket balance.

5. User Conduct and Fair Play

TriviaX Club maintains a strictly enforced fair play policy. You agree not to:

• Use bots, macros, or unauthorized third-party software to automate gameplay or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploit bugs, undocumented features, or design flaws for personal gain or to disrupt the platform.
• Engage in harassment, spamming, or abusive behavior toward other players in multiplayer modes like Stage and Arena.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or permanent banning of your account without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on TriviaX Club, including game design, visuals, text, rules, and branding, is the intellectual property of TriviaX Club. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without explicit written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

TriviaX Club is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TriviaX Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
