At TriviaX Club, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the minimum amount of data necessary to operate our platform:

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, username, and basic profile details.
Gameplay Data: We store your progress, scores, achievements, and Ticket balances to ensure game continuity across devices.
Payment Information: For purchases, payment processing is handled securely by third parties (Apple, Google, Stripe). We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
Device & Analytics: We collect non-personally identifiable telemetry data (e.g., crash logs, device type) to monitor platform health and improve our games. We do not use aggressive surveillance patterns.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data solely for business and operational purposes, including:

Providing and securing your account.
Delivering the services, content, and Ticket bundles you request.
Detecting fraud, cheating, and abuse on our leaderboards or payment systems.
Sending essential transactional emails (e.g., receipts, password resets) or updates.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data only with trusted service providers (like Appwrite for database hosting, Stripe for payments) who are contractually obligated to protect it.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can request account deletion directly from the App Settings or by contacting us. Deleting your account will result in the permanent loss of your Ticket balance and gameplay progress.

5. Children's Privacy (Age Gates)

TriviaX Club requires users to be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU) to create an account or purchase Tickets. We implement regional age gates where legally required. If we learn we have collected data from a minor without parental consent, we will delete it promptly.
